LaLuna Wellbeing Rejuvenation
LaLuna is a magical hotel set in a secluded bay on the island of Grenada. A favourite amongst celebrities yet completely unpretentious, LaLuna is owned by Italian Bernardo Bertucci, who has infused this delightful resort with his style and charm. The pool is a blue oasis framed by a emerald green sea, located directly on the property’s secluded white-sand beach. It is surrounded by a wooden deck, tastefully appointed with teak sun loungers. Guests can take a refreshing dip in the salty sea, and return to enjoy the fresh water or sunbathe along the 5’ wide shallow edge of the pool.
The new Wellness Centre has further enhanced the Laluna experience, comprising of an organic garden, yoga pavilion and spa. With 4 treatment rooms, the spa reflects the resort’s Balinese influence and integrates Caribbean charm and Eastern techniques, with products exclusively hand made in Bali. With wonderful cuisine and excellent facilities, just relax and enjoy this perfect wellbeing hideaway.
Food and restaurantsLaLuna’s restaurant opens directly onto the beach, offering guests a romantic view of the bay. The intimate size, with a seating capacity for only 48 diners, will provide the perfect ambiance for guests to experience the tempting dishes prepared by Italian Chef Daniele Gaetano. The restaurant’s unique wine cellar houses popular Italian wines as well as a more select variety from small undiscovered wineries in Italy, most of which will be new to wine lovers in North America. These have been specially chosen to perfectly complement the restaurant’s eclectic menu, which will combine fare from the sea with the Italian specialties.
The Sunset Bar is a perfect location to recapture the day. It is partially covered with a thatched roof and comfortably furnished with Indonesian daybeds and sofas. The Sunset Bar faces west for maximum ‘sunset appreciation’.
ActivitiesThere are various activities available at LaLuna’s resort, including golf and tennis (these can be arranged at nearby courses and courts), diving, hiking, deep-sea fishing, island eco-tours, car and moped rentals, scuba diving & certification and sailing trips.

The SpaLaLuna’s Asian spa features two treatment rooms which can be converted into a single unit for couples massages. A Tatami room with hand-woven wall finishing allows the massage to be done on the floor on a Tatami mat, which enables more stretching and foot pressure of the therapist’s body weight. The wet room utilizes a Vichy shower, which gives the sensation of a rain shower and is used between mud applications, and massages. The spa menu includes different face treatments, massages, hand and feet rituals such as manicures and pedicures and many other healthy therapies.
Fitness classesLaLuna offers a wide variety of different fitness sessions. Yoga is the most popular because of the pavilion located on the beach, enjoying a gorgeous view of the Caribbean Sea. Yoga classes include Vinyasa, Yin and Kundelini, as well as Pilates classes. Despite the vast ocean (lap pool), the lengthy beaches (natural treadmill), LaLuna offers a fitness room with a treadmill, stationary bicycle, weight machine, free weights and mini step machine, for those who need the gym environment for their work-out routine.
Wellness approachLaLuna’s wellness approach is a combination of yoga sessions, healthy Italian inspired cuisine and their Asian spa and the many treatments it has to offer. Their aim is to promote a healthy lifestyle and help guests leave with a better wellbeing.
