On arrival you can forget your worries and relax with the variety of different treatments that are available on the menu or in your programme.Fitness classesWhen you arrive at Absolute Sanctuary on a programme you'll receieve a personal consultation and a specially designed programme that is right for you and that meets your fitness goals. You can participate in different exercises that work the different muscle groups efficiently such as cardio vascular workouts, weight training, boot camp workouts and Pilates, there is something for everyone. There are also a handful of weekly group exercise classes from walking, thai boxing (Muay Thai) and capoeira, all complimentary to our guests.Wellness approachAbsolute Sanctuary uses a holistic approach to health and fitness and specialises mainly in yoga, because of their many years of experience in running ‘Absolute Yoga’ that offers teacher accreditations in yoga, but they also specialise in detox programmes. There are a variety of different yoga classes, up to 25 classes a week, including hot, hatha, Yin, restorative, vinyasa flow and meditation, all of which are 1 hour classes from the early morning to early evening. |

Just returned from my trip to Absolute Sanctuary, Koh Samui and wanted to thank you for all your help in organising the trip. I had a fantastic time, loved every minute of it and would return in heartbeat (now even healthier heartbeat!).
All the travel worked out according to plan which was great considering I had six flights. Absolute Sanctuary is superb – I was blown away by the efficiency and friendliness of all the staff and the beautiful facilities. Uli supported me through my fitness programme with care and good humour. I toned up, lost weight, gained muscle and lost fat – result!! I am totally committed to continuing the good work now I am back home.
I took full advantage of the Spa treatments and in addition to the programmed massages (the little Thai girls are small but deadly and do not take prisoners!) I had a number of pampering sessions too. I adored the food in the Love Kitchen and was so glad I was not fasting – the staff there were brilliant as well and so eager to ensure I had a good experience. I was very fortunate with the weather so also managed daily relaxing by the beautiful pool with some delicious shakes.
I cannot rate my experience highly enough – it was truly excellent from start to finish. Don’t be surprised to hear from me next year as I cannot imagine not returning!

It was a fantastic holiday – I am very pleased to have gone and hopefully I will go again. The facilities were excellent and the food and drink was divine. I felt well rested and well catered for.
I am glad I experienced it – it was very real. As for the resort and the place I would recommend that to anyone. I did not mind coming back to work – that's a good feeling.
