Nearby
Scotland, famed for it’s landscapes and whisky, does not disappoint when it comes to an abundance of distilleries with picturesque scenery. Gleneagles is within an hour and a half drive of two timeless distilleries: Dalwhinnie and Glenturret; the second of which is the birthplace of Famous Grouse Whisky and holds the covetous title of Scotland’s oldest distillery. If history is more of a passion than whisky, Stirling Castle, Blair Atholl Estate and Scone Palace are also all within an hour’s drive of Gleneagles.
